Your annual LLC or corporate renewal package is sent to you approximately 30 days prior to the month of the entity's incorporation. Every year, before the end of the month of incorporation, NCH must receive the documents and payment by the deadline date shown on the invoice included in your renewal package. It is important to keep the entity in good standing with both the State and your Resident Agent. Failure to renew can revoke the corporation's right to legally conduct business. You can send your renewal back to us in the return envelope included in your package, as well as by priority mail, or via fax.
