With a background in litigation for multiple law firms and consulting in the telecommunications and wireless industries, Kurt brings a rare combination of legal and business insight. Over the course of his career, he has tried 45 jury trials, presided over 300 arbitrations as an arbitrator, conducted over 40 mediations as a foreclosure mediator, and has also served as both a Judge Pro Tem for the Las Vegas Justice Court and a Short Trial Judge. His breadth of courtroom and judicial experience is matched by his extensive licensure, which includes admission to Nevada, California, Utah, and Missouri, as well as the Nevada and Utah Federal District Courts, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Kurt’s practice is focused on estate planning, business law, domestic law, and litigation, providing clients with a comprehensive range of legal services.

Meet Koy Harris
Licensed to practice law in Nevada and the Federal Court since October 2023 and in Utah since May 2024, Koy Harris also holds credentials as an Investment Advisor Representative and has successfully passed the Series 65 Examination. His practice focuses on business planning, domestic law, estate planning, divorce and custody law, and litigation, giving clients well-rounded support across a range of legal needs. A graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law and Brigham Young University, where he played football. Koy is also fluent in Spanish after serving a two-year religious mission in Barcelona, Spain.
