Nevada laws require that out-of-state owners of Nevada corporations maintain a
resident agent within Nevada's borders. The duty of the resident agent is to
accept service of legal documents and notifications from the state or other
entities. As your resident agent, NCH, Inc., will accept all documents on behalf
of your corporation and forward them to you. Our location is your corporation's
official address. Resident agent services are included in your incorporation
package for a period of one year.
