An aged or “shelf” corporation is a legal business entity that was formed a number of years ago, has been legally maintained, but has remained largely inactive. Aged corporations come with all the features of a typical NCH classic corporation and are guaranteed to be clear of debts or liabilities.

Foreign Documentation

Certificate of Good Standing
If required, this certificate shows your home state that your Nevada corporation is in good standing with the Nevada Secretary of State. The certificate of good standing facilitates the filing of foreign documents.
